For many, myself included, juicing celery on an empty stomach has become an integral part of their wellness routine. There are countless benefits, but many are drawn to its ability to to de-bloat and give your skin a healthy glow.

I started on the celery juice train in 2016 after many failed attempts with conventional medicine to resolve my digestive issues, debilitatingly painful premenstrual & menstrual cycles, fatigue, and abdominal distention. My body was extremely inflamed and screaming at me for help.
